How We Work

      Survey & Quotation

1. Firstly, we provide a FREE no obligation service to survey and design your kitchen. During this meeting we will

     provide you with a fully itemised quotation. The quotation we provide will always be straight to the point, i.e. not

     confusing with all sorts of so called offers and discounts or decision deadlines to make in order to receive them. 

     Unless you choose otherwise, everything ends there. We never chase and harass our potential customers as you

     may have experienced with other companies. Of course we will always give you as much assistance as you wish

     after your initial appointment, however, we wait for you to come to us.

  

      Project Management

2. If you do become one of our customers, then you will receive an excellent personal service. New kitchens need

     to be carefully managed​ to ensure they are delivered on time and with minimum disruption. We take this very

     seriously, managing the whole process whilst keeping you in the loop at all times.

     Payments

3. Paying for your kitchen could not more simple. Along with the usual methods, you can also make payments

     24/7 online.

     After an initial deposit, payment is not required until your kitchen has been delivered with a final 25% only due  

     once the instalation is completed. (Most companies will ask for full payment (including any installation costs  

     upfront before delivery is made).

 

     Customer Satisfaction

4. Once installed, gratitude is often passed on to us in the form of recommendations to family and friends. To us,

     this is the ultimate form of customer satisfaction. The majority of our new customers now come to us through

     these recommendations.
